How Many Carbs A Day on the keto diet#shorts

This video shows how many carbs are needed for keto followers to remain in ketosis, the fat-burning mode. It isn't hard if you avoid all sugars and starch. 20 grams or less is the sweet spot. Some people can handle up to 30 or more grams of carbs a day but 20 grams or less is considered a guarantee of ketosis once you get through the adaptation phase. It can take a few weeks to switch over to fat-burning and at first, you can feel low on energy but when you adapt the energy comes in spades.
