We have remained optimistic but not relying on it to make decisions. This is why. There is more pain coming and although a good chunk of it is probably behind us, the capitulation hasn't happened yet and I expect more downside on everything across the board including real estate. What does this mean? Opportunity. Simply put, you want to buy things when other people do not. Right now, other people do not want to buy stocks, crypto and real estate - at least not as much as we've seen in recent years. Time to make some investment decisions! Hope this helps :) Links below
