Fox 45: Open Society Institute Received A $6 Million City Grant From Baltimore

Launched on FOX45 (WBFF) Baltimore, our organization at OpenTheBooks.com found that the only U.S. field office of the Open Society Foundation received $6 million in 'educational' grants. This city grant flowed to the organization despite closed for solicitation in the state of Maryland, according the Maryland Secretary of State's Charitable database.
