Happy Hour Hot Chocolate

It's dark out at 5pm. Why not warm up with an expertly made hot chocolate that will remind you of being a kid just enough to get you excited to decorate cookies. This Hot Chocolate can be made without the alcohol for the kiddos, but it can also be infused with your favorite strain of cannabis. Today I'm using cafe patron, but pretty much any liquor goes good in it; like Irish Cream. This recipe uses both chocolate and cocoa powder for its flavor and consistency.
