Miami condo collapse was a controlled demolition

This is a controlled demolition folks. It collapsed the dilapidated building and they sold the public a horror story, fully knowing the rest of the building would be destroyed later.
No one died.
Notice also that this is a hand-held camera, not a surveillance camera. The perps always want to document their deeds.
