Creating a healthy ecosystem in a small carrier for a confined bird with an injured wing

Treated Picachu for mites and given her ash and Pestene with dirt and scratch mix in her cage for bedding. So she has a mini dust bath and can enjoy more natural feeding methods. She has a water container set up that , hopefully, she cannot spill.
We have put partially wood in there for her to perch on.
