Having watched the daytime cctv footage of vote by mail operations security cameras, and the equipment in use these are my following thoughts and observations of the following footage if it isn't just simply an amazon prime china delivery straight from the goods in.

At 00:01:13
A Silhouette of a man appears behind the canvas screening and starts to pull what looks like the cages they use full of empty ballot bags into position at the far end of the screening.

At 00:02:22
He then moves into position what looks like the ballot tray trollies that they use.

At 00:03:04
He moves another cage into position that looks to be over flowing with the empty bags.

At 00:04:59 he proceeds to walk across the walkway to the right of the screen where they store some of the brown wheelie bins for moving ballot bags around with.

At 00:08:53
Four men walk across behind the screening and place something's onto what appears to be the ballot tray trollies and then procced down the walkway.

At 00:13:04 some sort of electric pallet truck turns up with what looks like could be reams of white paper and then you can see him jump down and walk off behind the screening.

At 00:15:06 some appears walking down the walkway with two brown wheelie bins and places them behind the screening.

At 00:18:42 someone walks across the walk way with a pallet truck with a big white square object that could be ballot trays or as it looks very square edged could be reams of paper of some description And is followed by someone with another brown wheelie bin.

At 00:21:39
It looks like some brings some more wheelie bins.

At 00:26:14
someone brings more wheelie bins

At 00:28:14
there is are lots of activities going on and all seem to converge on the area.

At 00:29:04
someone appears from the gap in the screen and appears to start doing something at the rear tables. I see a raised lid. are those photocopiers.
when is at the middle table are the white blocks ballot trays or stacks of ballots.

Thoughts so far.
Why would you install a public broadcasting security camera to display how great and above board your elections are and plonk people down in front of them in the day, and then in the dead of night commence operations behind a blind screen trying to obscure all activity from said camera. Also, upon apparently learning that someone has actually been watching which is what the publicly transmitting cameras to YouTube are supposed to be there for , why did they start to jam the signal so that you could not watch it and eventually just give a test signal voting machine ad. mmmmm, how very queer :/
