Why Everyone is Talking About DISCIPLINE

Videos, blogs, vlogs and todays videos highlight a growing desire in some folks, a desire to be better, to take themsevels to the next level. This has been my mission for a little while. Today I add to the growing list of videos about discipline. For myself, this means alot becuase I've been (for most of my life), the last person you'd ever think would be called "disciplined".
