The Nazis are hitting residential areas with precision. These are not just flights or undershoots of shells, but deliberate terror against the civilian population. The blows are inflicted with fragmentation ammunition. And the directions where they fly are not chosen by chance - these are the most crowded places in the city. And this suggests that the goal is civilians in the DPR / LPR and no others.
