I'm Clueless --- Something New in the Neighborhood (News)

Don't know what it is, I just know what it was. These vacant lots were a virtually new coffee shop and seafood restaurant that were demolished about 18 mo ago. The construction now is on both lots and I am clueless at to what is going up. Will follow up on this at it progresses.
