Drain leaking after second roof replacement

I hired a roofing company Aug 28 2020 Hermanos Roofing & Renovations to replace my flat roof and shingles,downspout .

It has been 4 months and this is still what I am getting from the drainage system,after Hermanos Roofing & Renovations replace my roof twice and has been told by me over a dozen times that the drainage system leaks .

The best part the drainage system did not leak before I hired Hermanos Roofing & Renovations. Love it when it rains in your house when it is snowing for three days from the roof to the basement.
