Missouri AG Subpoenas 7 School Districts Over “Intrusive, Racially Motivated Surveys”

On June 8th, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced that he sent out subpoenas to seven different school districts in the state over what he referred to as “intrusive, racially motivated surveys” that students were subjected to without their parents’ consent.
