Cruel & Unusual Punishment: Placing Dangerous Males in Women’s Prison

Taking a look at the arguments for living males into women’s prisons, and the already catastrophic consequences of enacting policies which allow for these transfers of males. A cross review of many perspectives.

Looks at the case of two female inmates who were impregnated by Transgender “women” at Edna Mahan correctional facility in Clinton, New Jersey.

Case of Harvey Marcelin - Transgender serial killer who murdered his female ex girlfriends, as ell as murdered and dismembered gis female neighbor and was still placed in a women’s facility.

Karen White who had a hustory of rape, violent assaults, and who identified as a male until getting to orison where he self identified as a woman and was sent to a woman’s prison. There, he raped and viciously sexually assaulted the female inmates to which he pled guilty and is now serving life in prison.
