EYEON Flashback | 2016 David Wilcox Assault & Rescue Footage CHICAGO

On November 9th, 2016, Chicago resident David Wilcox was involved in a minor traffic accident with a group of teens. While attempting to exchange insurance information, Wilcox was jumped, beaten and his car was stolen. The teens were yelling "you voted Trump," assuming Wilcox was a Trump supporter. After hanging on to his car, he was dragged for several blocks before being thrown off on the roadway. This is a collection of known footage, including surveillance footage, of that incident.
