For the first time in its history, the Peugeot 308 is going electric. While waiting for a 100% electric version next year, the range has two plug-in hybrid engines of 180 and 225 hp, both coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The 308 starts without making a sound. There are three driving modes to choose from: "Electric", "Hybrid" and "Sport". In the first mode, the car is driven solely by the power of its electric motor (110 hp), which promises a range of 59 km thanks to its 12.4 kWh battery.
