NT Bible Study 11: Jesus circumcised and the Abrahamic covenant (Nativity of Jesus part 7)

This is a Bible study on the events surrounding the Nativity of Jesus Christ. This 7th part focuses on Jesus being circumcised and introduces the subject of God's covenant with Abraham. (Primary scripture: Luke 2:21; other verses briefly referenced: Matthew 1: 2-6, 21, 25; Luke 1:31, 57-59; Luke 3:31ii-34, 39-56, 67-80; Leviticus 12:2-3; John 7:22i, Genesis 12:1-3, Genesis 13:14-17, Genesis 15:1-10, Genesis 17-18, 17:1-13, Genesis 18-17-18, Genesis 22:15-18; Galatians 3:16; Romans 15:8; Ephesians 2:12; Galatians 3:6-9; Galatians 3:28-29). Overall this is our 11th New Testament (NT) Bible Study. I'm a layperson, hoping to witness things I believe I've learned through Bible study, and would like to share this information as a friend would with a friend.
