District of Columbia National Guard supports the Capital

Staff Sgt. Daniel Billingsley, Communications Chief, 33rd Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team, District of Columbia National Guard, provides secure and insecure satellite radio and communication support to his team and interagency local, state and federal partners during a national special security event Nov. 9, 2020. The 33rd WMD-CST advises, assists, and assesses unknown WMD agents when there exists a potential for significant harm to the public. They work in conjunction with local first responders, Fire Department, Secret Service and the FBI in the National Capital Region.
