I did screen shots throughout election night(S) and every time there was an update and the votes went up the “% of reporting” also went up UNTIL the night of 11/3 when it stop at “99% of reporting” but votes continued to rise until Biden took the lead.
To make sure I wasn’t off I did a screenshot every 15 minutes on the Georgia runoff election on 1/5. Once again when vote tally’s went up the “% of reporting” would go up as well UNTIL at “95% of reporting” the votes continued to go up but the “% of reporting” remained unmoved at 95%.
