When will the Prime Minister put victims first? #BillC21

Conservative MP Larry Brock Bill C21 is not about being tough on crime and not about catching gang criminals on our streets. When will the PM put victims first?
Conservative MP Dane Lloyd funding for gun and gang violence was cut in half. Only half spent. $150 million withdrawn. Bill C21 does nothing to target serious crimes.

Liberal Minister of Justice David Lametti - Serious offences in this country are always punished with serious offences. (He meant sentences)
Marco Mendocino Conservative don't know law and order, they cut 1 billion from RCMP and CBSA. Bill C21 protects communities, provides more wiretap ability for RCMP.
