History has shown that funding poverty projects can work in the short term, but ultimately stop making a difference. Some new proposals are doomed to repeat history. If we just look at the facts and performance of past projects, we can spend the money more efficiently and actually HELP people!

It's amazing what kind of information you can get by looking at public statistics and information instead of relying on CNN, Fox, and other news outlets for their opinionated 'news.'
