Starting the New Year off by working my butt off. Julia purchased a 6-week program that will get me moving and grooving unlike Richard Simons ever has.

I was going to the gym a lot, but not really focused on cardio, but after two-weeks into this, I have seen results. Every Friday there is a challenge to do as many squats and push-up. In three minutes I did 82 squats in week one, week two I did 101. Far as push ups, 31 the first week and 32 the second week.
