Save Our States from the National Popular Vote (NPV).
Today's guest is Sean Parnell, Sr. Legislative Director for Save Our States, who is dedicated to defending the Electoral College from the National Popular Vote (NPV) campaign, which would nullify the Electoral College without a constitutional amendment.
Enough states have signed onto the NPV compact that they control about 196 of the total electoral votes. NPV has targeted Arkansas next.
