CPD probe: Ex-officer paid for sex while on duty, in uniform

A former Cincinnati police officer admitted to paying two women to have sex with him while he was on duty and in uniform, according to a CPD internal investigation report. But the ex-officer was allowed to resign and avoid prosecution for the incidents that occurred in 2017 and 2018.
