Sergeant Alan Healey is a Liar!!

Sergeant Allen Healy wrote me a false citation for filming him claiming that I had a suspended license then proceeded to impound my car and then never filed the ticket that he stole my car over and then two weeks later detained me for a warrant that I have yet to find any paperwork on and still he hasn’t filed that paperwork either so yes Sergeant Healy is a liar
