[Wim Hof] Breathing Technique Guided: 50 breaths | 4 rounds + Meditation ❯ LAM mantra and 396 Hz

Use your headphones for a better experience! Inhale fully from stomach to chest to head, then let the exhale happen naturally. As says, “FULLY IN and let go…” Fill your lungs deeper than you thought possible and then relax, letting the air out! The effects of this practice will last all day!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Use your headphones for a better experience!
2) Inhale through the nose or mouth and exhale through the mouth letting the air out. Keep a steady pace and use your midriff fully. Repeat this for 50 times.
3) Then let the air out and hold for as long as you can without force. Hold the breath until you experience the gasp reflex.
4) Inhale to full capacity. Feel your chest expanding. When you are at full capacity, hold the breath for around 15 seconds.
5) Repeat this process for 4 times!
6) Enjoy & have fun! :)

You may feel tingling in the hands, feet, or face. If the sensation of light-headedness gets too intense, just pause until you feel settled and then continue. Listen to your body and go with the flow.

IMPORTANT: Do this breathing technique in a comfortable seat—either in a chair or on cushions on the floor. Do not do this practice before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or any other environment/place where it might be dangerous to faint!!!

This video features Root Chakra Meditation Chant. The seed mantra for the Root Chakra is 'LAM' and the elementary frequency associated with this chakra is 396 Hz. Few things to know about Root Chakra or Muladhara
The Color Associated with this Chakra is Red. Wearing Red, eating red fruits and veggies, and visualizing Red while meditating really helps in awakening this chakra.
And this chakra is located at the end of your spine. You can imagine a red disc of energy at the end of your tailbone, which is stabilizing you, and energizing your entire body.

Chant 'LAM' along with this Video can increase the effectiveness of this meditation multiple times.
As you meditate, close your eyes, and visualize that you are taking Red energy in with each breath, that red energy is getting to every part of your body, and energizing it.
Also, note that this is the primary chakra, the fundamental chakra which needs to be balanced first, before moving to any other chakra.
