Wagyu Brisket on the Lonestar Grillz IVS

Here we gooooo! I'm dedicating time to the Lonestar Grillz IVS.

First up is a wagyu brisket. How can you screw that up?

Good news... I didn't LOL

IVS overnight, foil boat at 180, pulled it at 200, rest overnight in the oven...

Slice and serve! Came out better than anything you could imagine. Very happy with the result.

Video is long, I left it that way intentionally. The IVS is an intriguing rig and I feel there aren't enough videos about it. So here it is!
