Is China Run by Gangsters?

Is China run by the mafia? That's according to Elmer Yuen, a Hong Kong politician and activist, who is lobbying the US government to label the Chinese Communist Party as a Transnational Criminal Organization. The US economy and China economy are closely linked, and that makes US companies complicit with human rights violations in China, whether organ harvesting or slave labor from the Uyghur ethnic minority.
