Ancient Shadows

The layout of some temple complexes throughout the ancient world uncannily resemble technologies we see in our modern age, but on a much larger scale.

We're told in stories, of cataclysmic events, which effected the existence of its people and altered the planet they occupied, forever.

Were the lives lived beforehand, any different than they are today? Or have we become so detatched that we struggle to connect the similarities which lie strewn throughout this planet?
