The Indian Crypto Market Gets Its First Rupee-Based Index!

CRE8, established by CoinSwitch, is an index that monitors the performance of the Indian cryptocurrency market in Indian rupees. CRE8 will track the performance of only eight virtual assets for the time being, which represent more than 85 percent of total capitalization on the CoinSwitch app. Among the assets are BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP, ADA, SOL, DOT, and DOGE. It comes at a time when the Indian crypto sector is in desperate need of legal clarification.
