The Marshall Island is an example of a developing nation that has created a walled garden. This particular walled garden is using the Algorand blockchain. A public blockchain that can be used for free to build state of the art infrastructure. The world is going to have many walled gardens based on different technologies based on different public blockchains like ALGO. The nations infastructure is being built on a coin that you may have invested in…. let that sink in.
Algorand’s consensus mechanism is an efficient mechanism and can scale however no crypto can handle every transaction in the world. We have a tribalistic view on crypto but this is going to be a group effort and interoperability is key. Central banks will have different preferences on what public blockchain or crypto or private system they want to use. Algorand is a solid project and as you can see, they’re the choice of the Marshall Islands with the United states Approval… Didn’t we just receive news about Circle using ALGOrand blockchain? Or was it Stellar? Or was it Solana? Do you remember this 2018 PDF that listed Circle under the XRP ecosystem? I wonder what is happening here?

Its because of the political nature dealing with the united states. The banks that govern the united states lobby our politicians and convince them make the decisions that are right for the banks. Peter had to work with the IMF and the US treasury and that was the time-consuming element of this project. Peter states that the Marshall island was dependent on international donor funds meaning the loans made by the world bank. We are moving forward; the Marshall island will create use the SOV that is built off of the ALGO blockchain. The world is changing and the developing nations are moving first and taking the risk but for these developing nations to move forward they need the US’s approval, The IMFs approval, The World Banks approval…. Everything seems to be in order… The price is a distraction.

All regulations, like KYC, AML, will be built into the digital currency. Regtech will be watching the ledgers at all time. As regs unfold we are getting clearance for the IOV. Walled gardens of value transferring value on interledger protocol.

The Marshall Island is a close ally with the US, they use US dollars as a currency and were once a territory of the US. Peter states that the difficulties with this project was not the technical aspects but dealing with the political aspect. Dealing with the IMF and the US treasury. The banks the run the world are doing their best to keep the lid on crypto however the regulations are a cookie a cutter that their pushing all crypto through to shape into in their vision. Algorand is the choice of a nation to base their money off of. I believe the next developing nation will use cardano the the next Ethereum then the next tezos… We are invested in the currency that bridges them together.

During my time in crypto I have missed out on other assets due to my maximalist stance on xrp. During March Ethereum was priced at 80 dollars per coin and I chose not to buy it and stick with XRP.
