Ladies/Gents this IS the PYLE PDMIC78 and it's anything but a "Pile." For $14 this mic sounds AMAZING. For this video, the ONLY thing I did, was disconnected my RODE PodMic cable and plug it into the Pyle PDMIC78.

This is NOT a paid sponsorship or promotional video. I just think that it sounds AMAZING for the price!

You can pick it up here: https://www.amazon.com/Professional-Handheld-Moving-Microphone-Built/dp/B005BSOVRY/4-3318-4625-ad92-b6761a63ecf6

The other end of the cable DOES go into the RODE CasterPro. This is BASICALLY Rode's version of the GoXLR StreamDeck. While THOSE devices aren't budget friendly ($500 and $600), they DO have some budget friendly options.

With that in mind, because this is a Dynamic Microphone, you do NOT have to plug it into something like this to achieve this sound. You can connect it directly into your computer, because it does not require Phantom Power. In fact, if you're looking for a cheap/free option, I'd encourage you to check out Voicemeeter. It's got LOTS of options.

Just keep in mind, the reason the other devices are as expensive as they are is they make quick work of many of the settings you'd want to change. Voicemeeter might take some time to play with. If you go that route, you'll want to download the manual too, unless you're an audio professional. I am not!

God bless!
