1. Q: Does it have 10 or 11inch wheels? A: Original tires are 11 inch pneumatic off-road tires, but if you want to get city road tires, you can contact the customer service, they will help you.
2. Q: does it really do 85 km/h? A: Due to the rider's weight, road conditions, climbing angle, weather and so on, the max speed will be a little difference, between 80km/h and 85km/h.
3. Q: What's warranty period about these scooters? A: The warranty about body frame is 12 months, battery is 6 months, controller and motor are 12 months, accelerator is 6 months. Consumed parts are not covered by the warranty, such as brake, tires, etc. Warm Tips: If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in seller’s side.
