This is an excellent video about a friend of mine in Shasta County. My friend is a citizen journalist. He mostly focuses on the Covid injection clinics. At one particular clinic he went to there was a middle manager. That manager called the CHP and placed a false police report saying my friend was causing a disturbance. My friend was quiet, peaceful, and not in any way causing anything that could be considered a disturbance. He was at a routine work assignment where he was following all the normal procedures as he always does at such routine events.

This event is more about holding government officials accountable, letting them know they do not have a special privilege of breaking the law. As Patriots become more engaged with public service, where they see an opportunity to defend against communism, then it is a good thing. Shake the system up and citizens can discover all sorts of corruption.

Here is the law:

California Penal Code
Sec. 837
A private person may arrest another:
1.For a public offense committed or attempted in his presence.
2.When the person arrested has committed a felony, although not in his presence.
3.When a felony has been in fact committed, and he has reasonable cause for believing the person arrested to have committed it.

California Penal Code
Sec. 142
(a)Any peace officer who has the authority to receive or arrest a person charged with a criminal offense and willfully refuses to receive or arrest that person shall be punished by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
(b)Notwithstanding subdivision (a), the sheriff may determine whether any jail, institution, or facility under his or her direction shall be designated as a reception, holding, or confinement facility, or shall be used for several of those purposes, and may designate the class of prisoners for which any facility shall be used.
(c)This section shall not apply to arrests made pursuant to Section 837.
