Trying out Hokuto no Ken on Project Nested (1.4.1) w/ SNES9X

1.4.1 added some support for additional mappers which make a few more games playable. One of the ones I'm trying out here is the first Japanese Hokuto no Ken. It has a HUD scrolling bug, and it will crash on the attract demo for some reason. It's otherwise playable.
