Surinam Cherry healing properties

It appears that some "authorities" such as the University of Floride,
don't want you to know the value of some fruit bearing trees.
I show the value of the Surinam Cherry tree- where the University of Florida states "No Uses" for a tree that has shown, through research to bear medicinal and nutritional value. My only question is WHY.

WHY are these "authorities" making such misleading documents?
The Food shortage/cover up has begun and this little tree is
just one example of the cover up.
