The famous or infamous Social Security Disability Function Report (FR) (SSA-3373), can be the vehicle that sinks your claim due to inadvertent omission, mischaracterized narrative, and pure non-responsiveness. While the FR generally can't win your case for you, it is uber important because it CAN sink your case. And it is a permanent part of your SS folder into perpetuity. Here Social Security Attorney Stephanie Joy provide a brief share on her thoughts about Question #s 7 -11 of the FR, so you can provide the most accurate and helpful illustration of who you are and what you can't do, in your non-working home life, which is then used to determine what capacities may still be able to convert to working productivity, if you are not accurately representing.
