Leaping Leprechaun
.5 oz (15ML) Jameson Irish Whiskey
.5 oz (15ML) Skyy Vodka
5 oz (15ML) Don Q Cristal Rum

1 oz. (30 ML) Midori
2 oz. (60ML) Fresh Lemon Sour*
2 oz. (60ML) Fever Tree Club Soda
Method (Shake and Strain): Add all the above ingredients except the Club Soda with ice into a Shaker. Shake for roughly 10 seconds and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass or plastic cup.
Top with the Fever Tree Soda.
Garnish: 1 Cherry
Pimm’s Cup
2 oz. (60ML) Pimm’s No. 1
2 oz. (60ML) Fresh Lemon Sour*
2 oz. (60ML) Fever Tree Club Soda
Method (Build): Pour all the above ingredients directly over ice into a rocks glass or plastic cup.
Stir to mix them.
Garnish: 2 cucumber slices, 1 strawberry half, 1 mint top

Epcot is home to the World Showcase, which consists of 11 pavilions representing countries from around the world, including Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Japan, the United States, Italy, Germany, China, Norway and Mexico. At each pavilion, you can find
attractions, dining, drinking, and shopping relating to the country.

UK Pavilion in Epcot:
Located in between Canada and France, the United Kingdom pavilion’s architecture takes you from the streets of London to an English cottage, Cobble-stoned streets, a quaint pub, the scent of fish and chips. There are UK phone booths, a beautiful English garden, topiaries, and Tigger’s
Maze.
Traditional pub fare is found at the "Rose and Crown Dining Room" There, you can enjoy such specialties as cottage pie, Fish & Chips, Bangers & Mash. Finish off the meal with a delicious English trifle.

A variety of beers and ales are offered in this charming little pub with the wooden flooring and pressed tin ceiling.
