Bill Filed to Close The Gun Show Loophole - HR 167

HR 167 was just filed and it looks to close the “loophole” at the gun shows. But you and I there is no such thing as a loophole. What they are referring to is eliminating all private sales on the property where a gun show is taking place. Only the FFL will be allowed to sale firearms at a gun show and no longer will a private sale be allowed.
