MY HOPE IS IN GOD!!!

Psalm 43:5 King James Version
5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

GOOD EVENING IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS MY FRIENDS!!!

I have to say guys that after the last 48 hours or more I've had, I needed this morning's passage of scripture! This Psalm really encouraged, challenged, and convicted my heart, because I have had moments especially after yesterday, in which my bad attitude has affected my vision on things. Where my demeanor has affected my focus, and I need to be reminded of just WHO is in control, and continuously taking care of me. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional or something I really badly needed, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will challenge you through them as well.

When have bad attitudes negatively affected your vision?

What I'd like to do right now guys, is share some things that God showed me from Psalm 42, and how He use this passage to help me with my attitude and my focus on what was going on yesterday, but for a long term is continuing to keep me focused today, reminding me of the hope I have in Him. come join me in this vlog and learn just what it means to seek God's hope in the midst of the dark times! 😊

As I close this post for tonight, I want to leave you with this final question, and I pray that it will both challenge and motivate you to keep your hopes centered in God.

How can you make sure your hope is centered on God?

I think that Xochitl really said it best, when she said the following: “When bad attitudes were difficult circumstances dim our vision, God invites us to call on him, read the Bible, and trust his faithfulness (vv.7-11). As we seek God we can rely on him to help us spot rainbows of hope arched over the darkest days.” Not only that, but I believe that when we take time to remember the wonderful things that God has done for/brought us through in the past, it causes us to not only be thankful, but remember to turn to him in the first place when we are going through those dark moments in life. I pray that it will encourage you to remember that when life becomes overwhelming, you can still have hope as a child of God. If your heart is broken, hope thou in God! If your dreams are crushed, hope thou in God! If the feat of tomorrow has seized you, hope thou in God! Begin to praise Him for the good things that are on the way, knowing that even if you can't see them from your human perspective, God is still on the throne. HOPE THOU IN GOD!!!
