Crypto 401K Provider ForUsAll Sues US Department of Labor!

ForUsAll, a 401k provider, has filed a lawsuit against the US Labor Department for suggesting an investigation into organizations that provide crypto investment options in 401ks. Employers were barred from utilizing bitcoins for retirement planning, according to the San Francisco-based nonprofit. Fidelity has lately jumped on board, allowing its clients to diversify their retirement funds by up to 20% using Bitcoin.
