A visit to the Sandpit Sinkhole

In this video I went back to the sinkhole that I found earlier in another video. I dug it out in the center of the sinkhole and pounded an eight foot post all the down as far as I could go. I was still in sand. Because of this, I'm guessing that this is a sandpit of some sort where either sand was deposited by something or somebody or it was a place where people got sand. However, it could have been a spring. Maybe we should come back and dig in the side on the deep end and see what we find.
