Super Bowl Snook Fishing and Cruising Downtown Tampa

A few days before the Super Bowl in Tampa Florida, we launched from Rick's on the River to go fish the downtown Tampa area. The police and coast guard had the area set as a security zone that did not allow stopping. We were unable to shoot our fishing show but we did get some nice scenic shots of the city. I even managed to catch a nice snook at the Freedom Boat Club docks by the bait shack at Rick's. It was a beautiful day even though the fishing was cancelled. Maybe I should have called Tom Brady to help open up the downtown waters to fishing.
