Our rescue horse Arthur fell in a deep creek, the horses let us know there was a problem, he got out

The horses were all calling out in distress, so I went out to have a look what was wrong. Penny was running down the road alone, so we jumped in the car to look for Arthur, as they are usually together and she was distressed.
Arthur had fallen into a deep creek, he was wringing wet, the water was dripping from his belly. He was shivering, the clouds had come over and I think he was cold and maybe shaken. We followed him back and then put a halter on him and brought him in to feed him. His ears are damp, I think he probably went in to his head and water has wet his ears and the top of his head. Though the top wasn't as wet as his mane, body and tail.

Glad he is ok. Couldn't take it for anything to happen to any of them. We're still trying to cope with losing Tuppy.
On a good note, Arthur is looking much better.
