Florida Child, 10, Jailed Over Spicy Text Message! NOT A JOKE!

Daniel Marquez, a Fifth-Grade Honor Student from Patriot Elementary in Lee County, Florida, was thrown into Juvenile Detention for 21 Days, without any due process, because he sent some texts to his friends. They were nonsensical jokes that would amuse a 10 year old, but nothing a reasonable person would perceive as a threat. The Second Amendment is obviously under attack, now you can put the first on there as well.
