The difference in quality between the statements released by Johnny Depp and Amber Heard post-verdict is astounding. If you thought that this could be a moment of reflection for the Heard team, clearly you don't understand their new plan is to go fully scorched earth.

Elaine Bredehoft, the lead attorney and resident crazy cat lady for Amber was interviewed this morning on NBC's Today Show, not a small program. What she revealed is that an appeal is coming and Amber is broke. Also, everyone is to blame for the failing of this verdict and you are wrong to think otherwise. Johnny Depp is a wifebeater because the UK judge said so, don't mind the evidence, there was plenty more where that came from... and other nonsense regurgitated to Savannah Guthrie.
