I go over some bodyweight exercises that can help with shoulder pain. There are plenty of others that may help, but these are ones I've personally used.

As I note in the video, of COURSE there are possible causes for your shoulder pain that this may not fix. There are too many variables.

However, I hope some of these may help you.
