When is the best time to exercise?

I'm often asked whether we should work out in the morning or the evening.

Another common question is "How do I fit my exercise routine into my schedule?"

My usual answer is to exercise when you naturally feel the most energized.

This keeps us consistent, motivated, and always hitting new personal bests.

I mean, that sounds pretty fun to me.

The best exercise times, in my opinion:

1.) When you naturally feel the most energy.
2.) Morning routine
3.) When you get off work.
4.) Nighttime routine.
