From local flavor ban ordinances to potential tax increases, the fresh batch of tobacco law changes are going to mean significant changes for convenience store retailers and even the large chains.
In addition to the changes caused by regulation, convenience stores and all vape retailers must stop selling Juul products because of a patent lawsuit! Yup 7-11, Speedway, Casey’s, Cumberland Farms, Quick Stop, AMPM, Wawa, ExtraMile, and many other major distributers of JUUL products, such as 800+ Smoker Friendly Chain stores got legal cease and desist letters. Stop selling JUUL or become part of the lawsuit!
And if lawsuits don’t worry you, how about the FDA sends more shots over the bow as 11 companies get letters to stop selling “illegal” products that did not have a PMTA filed by the deadline.
For Texas residents who vape, you need to act now and become fierce advocates because if Senate Bill 440 passes, it will ban all flavors except tobacco!
Two weeks ago, on the news, we talked about how smoking’s long decline is over. So, the first question you got to ask is Why would a ex-smoker go back to smoking? NEGATIVE PUBLICITY FOR E-CIGS.. has resulted in ex-smokers going back to the devil they know.
And for our advocacy this week I’m going to once again remind you about the upcoming US vape mail ban and tell you that the consequences are starting to happen! Online shops and e-liquid manufacturers in the US are already starting to announce their impending closure!
For me, this is very personal because the candy cane flavor I used to quit smoking will no longer be for sale! This is unbelievable because even tho this company spent the money and filed their PMTA, they are now going to close because they will have no way to ship their product to the consumer.
