My Favorite Exercise

My favorite exercise isn't pushups or pullups. It's just walking.

Beyond the physical benefits, I use a morning walk as a planning stage for my life.

During most of my day, I'm being flooded with new information. I'm getting notifications, talking with people, listening to music, watching videos, reading books, and so on.

Because of this, I spend most of my day REACTING to stimulus and don't really have a chance to give my mind some quiet time to make proper decisions and think of new ideas.

I've talked about this for a while, but I've recently come to discover that some people are afraid to be alone with their thoughts. At the end of the video, I touch on this. In my opinion, the terrifying thoughts in our brain can only be resolved through resolution. Distraction is only a band-aid at best.

I know this is easier said than done, but I highly encourage you to take steps to reclaim your own mind. It's our true home.
