Glenoaks Elementary Gender Identity Presentation

On May 18, 2022, parents at Glenoaks Elementary School received an email inviting them to a Parent Education Series sponsored by the Glenoaks Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Team. The event was called "Gender Identity and Community Support," and it was advertised as helping parents understand gender identity, learn about "supporting and rejecting behaviors," and understand "the impact of parental and community rejection."

Glenoaks administration informed parents that a recording of the event would go out if they were unable to attend. To date, no recording has been released. One parent took a video themselves, here it is. Missing is a few minutes at the beginning where the school administration introduces the therapist.
